Designed to enable the easy creation of binding holes for your projects; it's purrfect for any variation including bespoke or exact hole distancing. 

This 12" ruler has large holes every 1" with smaller marking holes every 1/2" as 1/4" guidlines. It also has vertical guidelines in 1/4" implements so you can accurately place your binding holes.
