Lynne's Concertina Page Layout

Hello everyone,

This is based on a pocket page measuring 8” (H) x 8^1/8” (L)

As well as black card and the beautiful "The Beach is Calling" from Graphic 45 you will also need:
6 magnets 
3mm ribbon x 2½”


I cut card as follows:-

Left flap – 8" x 4½” - score ½”along 1 long side.
Right flap – 8” x 4” – score as above)
Concertina – 8” x 8¾” - score @ ½” , 5”
Outside pocket – 4¼”x 4” - score ½” on both sides& bottom edge. This is optional.
Inside pocket – 8” x 5” - score ½” top/bottom & ¾” on 1 long side.
Back of inside pocket – 7” x 6¼”

My layout is based on an uneven page number ( e.g. 1,3,5,7) if you wanted
an even number page, then a mirror image layout is required.

Pic 1 -  shows pieces required.

Pic 2 - shows left/right flaps in place.

Pic 3 - shows the optional outside pocket placement.

Pic 4 - shows the 1 inch hinge ( concertina) in place on the front right
side of the left flap.

Pic 5 - shows placement of magnets to inside of concertina.

Pic 6 - shows placement of magnets on concertina & right flap.

***Now is the time to decorate the pages before adding the inside pocket
to the 1 inch hinge ***

Pic 7 - shows decorated pages & 1inch hinge.

Pic 8 - shows more of the decorated pages.

Pic 9 - shows how to place the inside pocket using the "Corner Spacers".
½” up from the bottom edge & ¼” in from the score line.

Pic 10 - 14 - shows completed page layout.

I haven't shown where to place photo mats as this is a personal choice.

 In the video on Page 1, I have added photo mats and tuck ins using the Mexican whisker die set.
