CoolKatzCraft Ltd: Our Angel Policy

We ask that you make all your creations personally, that you don’t digitally, mechanically or electronically reproduce our designs.

We are more than happy for you to sell your makes to help your chosen charities or as income for yourselves by making and selling made up projects using our products.

If you are using Graphic 45 or other decorative paper brands, please check their individual Angel policies.

When using any products sold by us including PDF guides, classroom workshops and video tutorials and where we share inspiration on our all media platforms - Please be aware that these are for individual use only; should you wish to teach one of our projects, please contact us.

These guidelines apply to products worldwide. If you are unsure about this please contact us for further information.

Any finished products you create must not be used in a manner which may be considered harmful or detrimental and bring CoolKatzCraft Ltd into disrepute.

 

We aim to dispatch within 48 hours of receipt of payment.

​Payments can be made using major credit, debit cards & PayPal via our secure checkout process,

We can accept bank transfer, please contact us directly.

​Should you wish to amend your order, please contact us as soon as possible stating your order number. If it hasn’t already been dispatched, we will do our very best to help you.

 

​Postage:

​Standard 2nd class signed for £3.99 within the UK - you will be required to sign for delivery.*

Orders over £30 come with free UK P&P. We also use Hermes signed for, dependant on order weight and contents.

​Please contact us for international shipping rates * International orders over the weight allowance quoted will have an additional shipping fee, we will contact you before sending an invoice.

​*By placing an order with us, you agree that using signed-for postage provides sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received at the address provided by you.

International Buyers - Please Note:

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.

We ship to Europe, United States and Australia. Our European shipping includes Russia and Turkey, too!

*Notice to EU customers from July 1^st 2021: In view of Brexit and EU regulations there may/will be additional taxes to pay which are not included in our charges.

For more information we suggest you contact your local post office or tax office.

- UK - £3.99 (Shipping on orders over £30 is free)
- Europe - £12* 
- USA - £16* 
- Australia - £16*

*An additional shipping fee will apply if your order exceeds the weight limit/package size.

In additon, international orders do not include batteries due to shipping restrictions.

Returns and refunds:

Your rights to return goods are protected under EU distance selling directive and customer contracts regulations.

You are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods within 14 working days for a full refund, excluding the cost of delivery. You can do this by contacting us via email or phone, quoting your order number. Your refund will be paid within 14 days upon our receipt of the returned goods.

You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, we would recommend you insure and use a signed-for service. Any goods must be returned in a saleable condition.

This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault. Upon receiving your order, please check it and if there are any problems contact us as soon as possible; we will do our best to rectify the situation.

 

​Returns policy:

​Goods may be returned up to 14 working days from receipt of your order, if you change your mind.

However if the goods are faulty please contact us immediately stating your order number and we will arrange a refund or exchange once we have received the faulty goods; if the goods are faulty we will refund your postage.

​We may ask you to send us a picture of the damaged goods before posting back to us.

​All refunds will be within 14 working days and will be refunded via the original payment method used.
