LYNNE'S LITTLE THINGS ALBUM PAGES 3 & 6

Pages 3 & 6 ( identical layout)

Photo slots set 1 , tabs, purrfect precision strips 3/4 inches & 1 inch, protape 9mm, bookbinding glue, black frame tape, 8 magnets.

 

In card cut 2 @ 7 1/4 inches x 7 1/4 inches (front & back)

              cut 2 @ 8 1/4 inches x 7 1/4 inches, with 8 1/4 inch side against top of scoreboard score @ 1/2 inch, 4 1/8 inches, 7 3/4 inches.( diamond shape)

 

Pic 1 shows - first 1/2 inch scored attached to back page so the fold of first part of diamond is flush against edge of back page.

 

Pic 2 shows - all attached parts and what it looks like side on. 

 

Attach tabs to top and bottom of front page.

 

Using a 8x8 patterned paper and a 7 inch square die from my stash I cut out the pp for front page, the 1 inch border is stuck to the pocket page.

 

I used the 1 inch & 3/4 inch purrfect precision strip dies to cut out:- 

 

2 @ 1 inch x 8 inches , score 1/2 inch, 3/4 inch 

2 @ 1 inch x 7 3/16 inches ( attach to the back of the above to add weight)

4 @ 3/4 inch x 7 inches - patterned paper

 

Pic 3 - precision strips cut out.

 

I then added strips to WAW WAW (Maggie's name for page layout) 1 inch down from top edge and 1 inch up from bottom edge, gluing 1/2 score to back of back page.

 

I then added magnets to strips and front of front page 

 

Pics 4 & 5 - shows magnet placements.

 

I then added pp to the front page and the 3/4 inch strips to cover the magnets on the 1 inch strips. 

 

Pic 6 & 7 - shows installed page front.

 

Pic 8 - shows WAW WAW lifted up from bottom.

 

Pic 9 - shows WAW WAW pulled down from top.
